When is the change happening?
The official transition to STARS took place on August 1, 2025.
Do I need to create a new account?
No, all accounts and data will remain unchanged. Your login credentials and past submissions will stay the same.
Will colleges still accept my submitted SRAR/SSAR?
Yes, colleges that previously accepted SRAR/SSAR will continue accepting STARS. The name change does not impact how your records are used.
