Once you've created your STARS Counselor Administration Portal account, you'll be able to add or update your school’s profile information.
Steps to Update Your School Profile

Log in to the STARS Counselor Portal.

Navigate to School Settings > Update Website, Staff Listing, and Profile.

Enter or update your school’s information, including:

Website URL
-
Staff directory
-
Student Information System (SIS), if applicable

Upload or link your School Profile:

Option 1: Provide the URL where your school’s profile is published online.

Option 2: Upload your school profile file by dragging and dropping it into the upload box or clicking Select Profile File From Computer.

Accepted file types:

,.doc
,.docx
,.txt

In the text box provided, you may also enter additional details about your school or school profile (maximum 4,000 characters).
Alert: Be sure to select Save Changes before you exit the screen to ensure your updates are saved.
Tip: Don’t see a section? If a specific tool or section isn't visible in your portal, contact STARS Support to request access or check availability for your school.
