If you previously completed your STARS record but now see a blank account, you may have more than one STARS account.
This usually happens when you created your STARS account with one email address, but the college you're applying to created a second STARS account for you using a different email.
How to Fix It
- Log in to STARS.
- If STARS detects more than one account, you’ll see a prompt on the home page to log in to your existing STARS account using your original email address.
- Click “Login to Existing STARS Account” and follow the instructions to merge your accounts.
Tip: If you don’t see the “Login to Existing STARS Account” option, contact STARS Support and we’ll help merge your accounts.
Tip: To avoid this issue, always try to use the same email address on your college applications and your STARS account.
