Use the instructions below to add, edit, move, or delete entries.
Before You Begin
If you have more than one high school listed:
- Go to the Enter High School screen.
- Click Enter Courses next to the correct school.
To Add a Course
- Select the correct academic year (if entering by Year) or subject area (if entering by Subject Area).
- Scroll to the Add Course section.
- Enter the course information.
- Click Save Course.
To Edit a Course
- Select the appropriate year or subject area.
- In the Currently Entered Coursework section, click the Edit pencil next to the course.
- Make your changes in the Edit Course section.
- Click Save Changes.
Alert: If you need to change the Course Length, please delete the course and re-enter it with the correct length.
To Move a Course to Another Academic Year
This option is only available if you're entering courses by Year.
- Click Edit next to the academic year where the course is listed.
- Select the course(s) using the checkboxes.
- Click Move Selected Courses.
- Select the new academic year and / or school.
- Click Move Courses to complete the update.
To Delete a Course
- Go to the Enter Coursework page for the correct school.
- Scroll to the Currently Entered Coursework section.
- Select the course(s) using the checkboxes.
- Click Remove Selected Courses.
Helpful Tips
Tip: Always click Save Course after adding or editing each course.
Tip: Use the Review/Submit page to ensure all information is complete and accurate before submission.
