If you're a first-year applicant who attended secondary school outside the U.S., you should record only the courses and grades that match U.S. High School grade levels 9 through 12.
- Only include courses taken before graduating from secondary school.
- Do not include courses taken at a college or university after high school.
If you completed additional post-secondary studies, contact the university you're applying to for guidance on how to submit those credits.
Note: International transfer applicants should list their U.S.-based colleges and universities to report college coursework. College courses completed at an international university should not be included in the STARS Record.
