If you've completed international leaving exams—such as A-Levels, CBSE, WASSCE, or CXC—you can enter them in your STARS Record in the Enter Coursework section.
Steps to Report a Leaving Exam:
- Select the academic year when the exam was taken.
- Confirm (or update) the Education System / Curriculum and fill out the “Courses were taken in” field.
- Choose the Subject Area that best matches your exam.
- Select the appropriate Course/Exam Content.
- Enter the Course/Exam Name (e.g., “Physics").
- Choose a Proficiency Level, or select Standard.
- In the Course Length / External Exam dropdown, select External Exam.

- Select a Grade Scale, then enter your grade and credit. If no credit is listed on your transcript, leave the credit value shown in the field. Do not change it to zero.
