If you've been locked out of your STARS account due to too many failed login attempts, follow these steps to regain access:
- Go to the STARS Activation Page.
- Enter the email address you used to create your account.
- Click Resend Activation Email.
Note: You’ll receive an activation email. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, repeat the steps or review our troubleshooting article.
- Open the email and follow the instructions to reactivate your account.
Alert: The activation link is valid for 24 hours and can only be used once. If it expires, repeat the steps above to receive a new one.
Tip: After unlocking your account, reset your password before trying to log in again.
